Unless otherwise specified, access to enrolled courses or workshops is granted for the duration stated at the time of enrollment. We do not guarantee indefinite access to any content and reserve the right to modify or remove content from the Platform.
4.3 Technical Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring that your device, internet connection, and software meet any technical requirements necessary to access the Platform. We are not responsible for any inability to access or use the Platform due to your equipment or connectivity.
5. Fees and Payments

Fees for workshops, programs, and other paid services are displayed on the Platform. All prices are shown in the applicable currency and are subject to change at any time. Changes to pricing will not affect enrollments already confirmed and paid.
5.2 Payment Processing
Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. By submitting payment information, you authorize us and our payment partners to charge the applicable fees. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
5.3 Refund Policy
Refund eligibility varies depending on the specific workshop or program. Unless stated otherwise at the time of enrollment, all fees are non-refundable once access to the content has been granted. Requests for exceptions may be submitted to info@Halyxidara.sbs and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
5.4 Taxes
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, levies, or duties associated with your purchase. Where required by applicable regulations, taxes may be added to the displayed price at checkout.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Halyxidara, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from:

In no event shall our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the Platform exceed the total amount paid by you to Halyxidara in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred dollars (100 USD), whichever is greater.
